Key Account Manager

    Location: Lisbon

    We are looking for a Key Account Manager that together with the Marketing and Sales team helps us to achieve very ambitious sales targets in Europe. The successful candidate must have start-up experience or passion for start-ups, be organised, a team player, and passionate for establishing strong customer relationships.

    As a Key Account Manager in SAK you will be responsible for:

    • Identifying and generating new B2B leads in key markets in order to expand SAK’s products market placement and follow through with a close customer management
    • Understanding the distribution strategy for SAK’s brand and identifying future potential partners outside the usual channel partners
    • Developing together with the Sales team new business models to serve different customer segments
    • Establishing strong customer relationships to grow our share of wallet per account with the current and future product portfolio
    • Develop clear action plans both in terms of reaching new markets and increasing market share in existing ones
    • Defining seasonal budgets by client as well as analysis of past sales data
    • Compiling end of season sales and product information reports to aid future development of the company
    • You will actively participate in the campaigns planning, making sure your needs for sales support campaigns are part of the annual campaign cycle - Your input will be critical for the marketing team to develop the appropriate marketing actions on a timely manner

    • Proven working experience in retail sales ; Start-up experience of high advantage
    • Demonstrable experience in generating sales deals
    • Strong negotiation skills; Key account management experience
    • BS/MS degree in management, marketing of advantage
    • Experience in working in a sports related job of advantage;
    • Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and drive to continually improve
    • Passion for establishing strong commercial relationships, ambition and drive to achieve company sales targets
    • Shows innovation and initiative in setting customer care standards
    • Strong interpersonal skills and good team player
    • Excellent spoken and written English
    • Availability to travel frequently in Europe
