Digital Marketing Manager


Location: Lisbon
The Digital Marketing Manager You will actively participate in the campaigns development, taking part in the key meetings and being the key contact frequently with the communication agencies and other content providers to give input and guidance on the digital content development as part of the overall campaign. Digital Content Responsibilities
• Prepare a campaign planner / calendar together with the sales and performance marketing manager;
• Identify, with the information provided by the performance marketing team, areas of improvement for the campaigns and diligently implement them;
• Develop, build and maintain content to maintain a strong social media presence; 
• Manage SAK webstore: together with our designers and based on the performance marketing manager information implement changes and updates to the e-commerce platform that ensure an excellent shopping experience for our B2C customers; 
• Creative work to constantly generate innovative and original campaigns; 
• Anticipate and lead the internal creation of the needed contents for SAK campaigns taking into account the different channels: retail, social media, webstore, outdoors, flyers etc; 
• Deal with 3rd party suppliers for content: video, photography, etc; 
• Create a database of marketing content suppliers;
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
• Create a database of marketing content suppliers;
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners;
• Support marketing events such as shop brand activations, SAK presence in football tournaments, SAK presence in conferences and exhibitions: ensuring all marketing materials are prepared, attend such events to represent SAK;
• Be our point of contact with our Customers (B2B) for the creation of marketing materials that they require to support SAK in their shops.

Requirements
• BS/MS degree in marketing, advertising or a related field; 
• Proven working experience in online and offline marketing, min 2 years; 
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing; 
• Knowledge of web design and photoshop of great advantage; 
• E-commerce experience, in particular in Shopify preferable; 
• Creative and proactive; 
• Strong interpersonal skills and good team player; 
• Excellent spoken and written English. Spanish, German or French are of advantage;
• Portuguese and English proficient speaker. Other languages are of advantage, especially German, French and Spanish.
• Very strong collaboration skills and ability to work with many different stakeholders, internal and external (agencies, freelancers);
• Ability to manage various projects at the same time, sometimes with tight deadlines.
